If you're not satisfied with Knox Knows for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

This applies to both Super Knox and Max Knox, on monthly or yearly plans.

Subscription renewals

After the initial 30-day guarantee window, subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable.

However, if you believe you were charged in error or forgot to cancel before a renewal, please contact us and we will review your case on a one-time basis. We'll always try to do the right thing.

Yearly subscriptions

Yearly Super Knox and Max Knox subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable in full, but you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You retain access through the end of your paid year.

Free trial

Super Knox monthly includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. No refund is needed since you were never billed.

Refund abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, including repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds, or accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
