The rules for using Knox

These terms apply to all users of the service, including free users and paid subscribers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Knox Knows. If you are between 13 and 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Knox Knows provides an AI-powered homework help service that gives step-by-step explanations across academic subjects. The service is available in three tiers:

• Free — $0, 10 homework questions, 15 learn sessions, and 30 casual chats per day
• Super Knox — $7.99/month (or $59.99/year), 40 homework questions, 100 learn sessions, and 200 casual chats per day
• Max Knox — $14.99/month (or $119.99/year), 200 homework questions, unlimited learn sessions, and unlimited casual chats per day

You agree to use Knox Knows only for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use Knox to commit academic dishonesty in violation of your school's policies
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or copy Knox's AI system prompts
• Create multiple accounts to bypass daily question limits
• Use automated scripts or bots to make requests to Knox
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Resell or redistribute Knox's answers commercially

Knox is powered by AI and can make mistakes. Always verify important information independently, especially for high-stakes academic work, tests, or examinations.

Knox Knows is a learning tool to help you understand concepts — it is not a substitute for your own judgment, your teachers, or qualified human tutors. We do not guarantee specific academic results.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or yearly depending on your selection. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel.

Free Trial: Super Knox monthly includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

The Knox Knows name, logo, website design, and all original content are owned by Knox Knows and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or copy our content without written permission.

The questions you submit remain yours. By submitting questions, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI service to generate your answers. We do not claim ownership of your academic content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse or defraud the service, or engage in behavior harmful to other users or to Knox Knows.

If your account is terminated for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knox Knows and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, academic outcomes, or any other damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Knox Knows is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

We do not guarantee specific academic results from using Knox Knows. The service is an educational aid, not a guarantee of grades or outcomes.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Knox Knows shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
